How To Use This Catalogue - Our on-line shopping facility allows you to select products from the catalogue & add them to your vitual shopping trolley simply by the click of a button. When a product is selected you will be prompted for a quantity figure, a new screen will then appear to confirm the addition of the product/s to your cart, you will then automatically be returned to the product catalogue, if no further products are required please click on the 'Basket' button.

We offer on-line transactions with payment against invoice prior to delivery, or payment by Major Credit Card.

You can place your order in the knowledge that you are dealing with a professional On-Line Merchant. We are  members of IMRG, Interactive Media in Retail Group. Orders are welcome from outside the UK. Please note - a different delivery and exchange policy MAY operate for our international orders.

Delivery/Handling Charges - UK Postage/Handling is free for orders over £100, otherwise a minimum order/postage charge of £3.95 will be added to your order at the `checkout' stage. Delivery/handling within EU is charged at £8.95 and Rest of World at £12.50 up to a maximum weight of 2kgs. Above which customers will be emailed with the postage costs BEFORE any charges are made to their credit card.

Product Care - All electrical products sold on this site are designed for UK standard voltage supplies (230V) unless specifically stated as otherwise and supplied complete with a standard UK plug.

Complaints Handling Procedure - All complaints will be acknowledged within 72 hours and dealt with fairly and confidentially, we would hope to resolve any disputes within 10 working days. All transactions shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Any dispute not resolved within 28 days shall be determined at the joint expense of the Parties to the Transaction by an arbitrator appointed by agreement between the Parties or on default of such agreement by the President for the time being of the Law Society of England & Wales.
